Three Steps to a Brighter Future

In a district program? Your district determines your program options and teaching role eligibility.

1

Complete your degree. Finish your bachelor's through IWU Texas — eligible transfer credits may shorten your timeline.

2

Confirm your eligibility. Once degree requirements are met, see if you qualify to begin certification with Teachworthy.

3

Complete your certification. Finish the Teachworthy program, testing, and supervised teaching requirements.

Join the Teachworthy movement.

Some Texas districts now start new teachers at $70,000.
Get certified online, and pay most of your program fees after you're hired.
